‼️English Table活動參與注意事項‼️：
( 1 ) 如要集點請攜帶【英語增能活動單】至活動現場，不接受事後補蓋章。

( 2 ) 如要認列英語實踐歷程檔案(線上/實體)中的點數請於活動報到時先告知工作人員，不接受事後補蓋章。

( 3 ) 英語活動紀錄單與英語實踐歷程檔案只能擇一認列點數，如遭查獲有欺騙工作人員重複認列點數之事實，將取消全部已認列之點數。

( 4 ) 本活動報名一律以預約系統為主，不開放現場候補！

( 5 ) 活動開始後15分鐘內抵達者將登記為遲到，15分鐘後視同缺席

( 6 ) 遲到、缺席、活動中無故離席者等，同一學期累積兩次違規會被列入黑名單兩週，期間無法預約活動。

‼️ Important Notice: English Table Participation Rules ‼️

( 1 ) If you wish to collect points, please bring your "English Enhancement Activities Attendance Record" to the event. Late stamping requests after the event will not be accepted!

( 2 ) If you wish to claim points for the English Learning Passport (Online/In-person), please inform the staff during check-in. Late stamping requests after the event will not be accepted!

( 3 ) Points can only be claimed for EITHER the English Enhancement Activities Attendance Record OR the English Learning Passport. If anyone is found misrepresenting information to claim duplicate points, all previously awarded points will be revoked.

( 4 ) Registration for this event is strictly handled via the online booking system. On-site walk-ins or waitlists are not permitted!

( 5 ) Arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will be marked as late. Arriving after 15 minutes will be treated as an absence.

( 6 ) Participants with two violations (lateness, absence, or leaving unexcused) in a single semester will be blacklisted for two weeks and restricted from booking any events during this period.
